1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging Digital Web Graphix for our ₹999/- one-page website service, you agree to be bound by these terms. These terms apply to all our services and any associated deliverables.

2. Service Overview

• Single page responsive website design
• Basic SEO optimization
• Contact form integration
• 1 round of revisions
• Delivery within 5 business days

3. Payment Terms

• 100% advance payment required
• No refunds after project commencement
• Additional features charged separately
• Payment through secure gateways only

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the final website design and code will be transferred to the client upon full payment. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide complete content within 3 days
• Timely feedback on drafts
• Clear communication of requirements
• Domain and hosting arrangement

6. Limitations of Liability

Digital Web Graphix shall not be liable for any indirect damages or losses resulting from service delivery delays or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. On termination, client must pay for work completed up to termination date.
